Technical and account support

A few details help us investigate:

  • The service you’re using: S3 storage, IPFS pinning, RPC, IPNS, gateways, or Sites.
  • What you expected, what happened, and steps to reproduce the issue.
  • The time and timezone, HTTP status, error message, and request ID, if available.
  • Your SDK or tool version, plus a relevant CID or gateway URL for IPFS issues.

Remove secret keys, Bearer tokens, and presigned URL signatures from logs or code before sharing them.
