ForkLift
ForkLift is a popular macOS file manager with built-in S3 support. It's a good choice if you also use it for SFTP, WebDAV, or just as your primary file manager.
Install
Download from binarynights.com (paid, with free trial).
Configure
- Open ForkLift and click Connect (or
⌘+K). - Choose Amazon S3 as the protocol.
- Fill in:

| Username | Your Filebase access key |
| Password | Your Filebase secret key |
- Click Advanced Settings and ensure:

| Use path-style URLs | ✓ enabled |
- Click Connect and Add to Favorites to save.
You can now drag files between Filebase and any other location ForkLift handles (local, SFTP, etc.).
Multiple buckets
ForkLift sees all buckets on your account once connected. Click into any bucket to browse its objects.
Pre-signed URLs
Right-click an object → Generate URL to produce a pre-signed download link.
